some real art

I needed to try something to jump-start myself and actually make something real, so I went and searched Concept Art and secretly hijacked a mentoring thread.  One of the assignments was to choose a black and white photo from the ones he had posted and do a 1:1 copy of it.  I've been trying it out in Photoshop using custom brushes by Zhuzhu.

I'll just post some quick progress shots then.
